3mil Points = +5 to any Talent category (Contact, Gap, Power, Eye, Avoid K)

Pitching
2mil = +5 to any Overall category (Stuff, Movement, Control)
3mil = +5 to any Talent category (Stuff, Movement, Control)

Misc.
2mil = +5 to Speed
2mil = +5 to Stealing Ability
2mil = +5 to Bunting (Sacrifice or For Hit)
2mil = +5 to Base running
2mil = +5 to Position

2mil = +5 to Ground ball %
2mil = +5 to Endurance
2mil = +5 to Holding Runners
3mil = Add a Pitch
